1. Do you Snore?/ Does your sleep disturb other people?
2. Do you feel tired or sleepy during the daytime?
3. Do you wake up with dry mouth?
4. Do you dream a lot?
5. Do you frequently go to the bathroom in the nighttime?
6. Do you wake up not feeling fresh?
7. Do you not feel like starting the day?
