HEALTHY SLEEP = HEALTHY YOU !

In the Bhagavad Gita, Arjuna’s “Gudakesh” is mentioned. “Gudakesh” means the person who overcomes sleep! In this way, the God himself has shown the importance of sleep.

Over the past forty years, modern technology has led to revolutionary innovations due to modern technology. Somnology is a new, rapidly evolving medical branch. In fact, we all “sleep” at least thirty percent of our life expectancy. Yet most of us fall asleep on our own.

In fact, we all “sleep” at least thirty percent of our life expectancy. Still, we can often say “good or bad sleep” for our own sleep. In sleep we are not even aware of the huge events that take place in our bodies as well as our brain. In fact, most people (including doctors) misunderstand that “sleep” is a passive state. When you were playing as a kid, you used to come out as a “time please” and join the game a little later. Likewise Many people believe that “sleep” is a timely commute in our daily life. The implication of this is that the less sleepy people in our society are viewed with appreciation as ” HARDWORKING” and “Tired”. One of these misunderstandings throws a strain on our own progress and health. You have many misconceptions about sleep. In this article, I am discussing one of the misconceptions mentioned above. As well as how sleep can be used for physical and mental development.

There are two types of sleep. One is called NREM and the other is called “REM” sleep. Both of these types of sleep are interchanged. Generally: NREM sleep is most prevalent in the first half of the night, and “REM” sleep is most prevalent in the late night.

Sleep is the most active state of the brain. In fact, the activity in REM sleep is more as compared to its wake state. At this time, analysis of the pleasant / traumatic events in your life takes place. By sorting these events, it is decided which events are important and which ones should be thrown into oblivion. This process is uniquely important for our mental health. Throughout the day, many small emotional events occur in our lives. Minor dispute with the initiator, Officer, spouse or even with a rickshawala. The common phenomena such as confusion when crossing a road, etc., due to incident or event occurred yesterday are still stored in your mind, even though you have ignored them at that time. If those feelings are not properly drained, the next day’s life will be impossible. Over the years, the author has frequently mentioned that management writers have written on the interplay between emotional intelligence and success in the business world. The higher the emotional intelligence, the greater your progress in the business and financial world and the promotion of jobs. Emotional intelligence diminishes in the person receiving less sleep than necessary. One scientific research has found that for any reason, whether it is insomnia or habits, if you get less sleep for seven years, the prevalence of mental illness doubles.

Equally important is not only feelings for our mental health, but also new creativity. There are certain processes that take place in NREM sleep. Words are interpreted in these processes. Many new words and events of the past have been merged. Two things happen. The first is that memorized words are tight, and second, new thoughts are formed. This process is not so passionate about space. This is what they call “sleep on the problem” in English! It can be very beneficial to sleep after a lot of practice. Waking up all night, feeling sleepy may seem like a lot of practice, but the timing of the exam is of little use because the memory can be tricky. Many aspiring, historical people benefit from sleep for their work, new ideas. The famous example of Lokmanya Tilak proves this. After being sentenced to black water, people were brought to a small room for a short time by the back door. A Marathi sub-inspector watching over them asked the people for permission to sleep for 3 minutes. How can he sleep in such a critical condition? After asking this question to the police in surprise, the people’s answer was that they wanted to prepare an appeal and took sleep help to think of a new way! This is an example of a sleep. The famous scientist “Kekule” got the idea of a benzene ring in his sleep.

Many congregations like Mendeleev, Buckminster Fuller, Bajirao Peshwa appear to use sleep. The ill-fated ambition of these individuals led them to a sleepless sleep. But now technology can help even the most ordinary person get sleep. Of course, a little effort and mental discipline are required.

Many of my architect friends have experienced that after their specific sleep disorder they started to think of new ideas that made them feel better. In order to get good sleep, it is important to think about the mind as well as the body. According to sleep psychology, the causes of sleep are more closely related to the brain and body than to the mind. These causes can be discovered and treated using technology. Taking only sleeping pills became a temporary solution.

In short, “healthy sleep” is really the key to emotional, thoughtful and optionally “Happy Health”.
